For example, range of cooked wheatgerm products contain good sources of fibre, protein and have a proven track record of working well in bakery and non-bakery applications.
In addition – our team take pride in using their wealth of experience to deliver excellent malted wheat flake quality – in turn delivering natural sources of flavour and texture; with a malty sweetness and complex fibre profile.
